Duncan joined Rodale in 2005 and oversees Rodale Grow. Working in the custom content business since 1995 in both the UK and the US, Duncan has managed some of the most complex and high-value content marketing accounts and their programs. His work has included programs for Virgin Atlantic, WH Smith, Orange, Bloomingdale’s, Walmart, Williams-Sonoma, Kraft and Merck. He leads a team that listens to clients, brings the expertise and experience necessary to build a successful program and delivers results for customers.
Vice President, Editorial Director—Nelson Peña
Nelson leads Rodale Grow’s creative effort. He brings more than 25 years of experience, creating content for a wide variety of audiences in many formats, from print to digital, and launching dozens of new content properties along the way. A former editor and editorial director for several Rodale magazines, Nelson has, for the last decade, helped Rodale grow its custom content division, creating successful content programs for brands as diverse as Whole Foods Market, Hallmark, Nissan, P&G and Optum Health. He leads an award-winning team of writers, reporters, designers and editors creating empowering, memorable content for brands and their customers.
Director of Digital Strategy—Jon Levy
Jon leads the digital work of Rodale Grow, providing strategic and effective solutions in the areas of social media, online marketing, web/app development and all things digital. With more than 10 years experience in Internet marketing and customer acquisition, Jon has developed successful programs for companies such as lookbooks.com. He leads an innovative, forward-thinking team that applies state-of-the-art ideas to the marketing needs of partner brands.
Design Director—Carol Pagliuco
With experience at such publishing institutions as Elle, New York, In Style and Seventeen, Carol is responsible for overseeing the design, art direction and photography of the content we produce. The result: our content looks stunning. With award-winning art direction for clients such as Bloomingdale’s, Whole Foods Market and Curves, Carol leads a team that ensures every day that the content we create for our clients is as engaging and on-brand as possible.
